Look no further…since teaching spinning has become such an integral part of my everyday life, AND YOURS, it only felt right that I dedicate a page to it on my personal site!!!

To the left you will find the 6 clubs I currently teach for in NYC. If you find one you attend, GREAT - look for my class on the website or on my schedule below. If you do not find your club and want me to teach for your gym, let me know and I will see what I can do… Best way to get me teaching in your gym is to TALK ME UP to whomever is in charge of Group Fitness!!!
