INSTRUCTOR BIO
Ryan is ultra pumped to share his joy and passion for group fitness exercise and motivation through SPINNING! He currently teaches for 6 of Manhattan’s top clubs and you won’t wanna miss the opportunity to say you’ve jumped on the band-wagon (or spin bike so to speak)!!! Ryan’s class is one that offers a special and unique way to get your mind, body, and soul on track and in sync – a rare accomplishment here in the ‘Big Apple!’ Ryan’s instructing style is a well balanced combination of intense motivation married with a peaceful inward look at balancing the mind and body through focus work! If you are looking for a class to offer all sorts of distraction, where doing 10 things at once feels like the ultimate push towards a stronger you, you will not find that here. Through a focused “in the moment” ride is where Ryan believes strength and endurance are built, helping you to achieve your ultimate physical goals!!! FORM, FOCUS, and FUN - with GREAT music of course! Anyway you slice it we are here to sweat and that you will with Ryan! And don’t forget - BRING A FRIEND for fun and support!
