A sense of comfort, a resource, and a source of support!

I decided to start THE WISHING KIDS FOUNDATION after my mother’s passing on April 18th, 2011.  Her love for helping anyone in need has certainly been instilled within me, along with a heart full of other qualities that, I believe, can change the world. 

Speaking of heart, the heart and soul and the mission of this foundation is to be able to
relieve some financial burdens for families who are fighting cancer or suffering an equally tragic loss.  Money to fly a family member across the country if need be, money to hire a respite nurse for a night or five, or money to subsidize some of the exorbitant medical costs this kind of treatment entails.  
 
THAT is what THE WISHING KIDS FOUNDATION will provide, a sense of comfort, a source of support, and a resource to help ease the inevitable hardships, financial and otherwise, that come along with such a struggle...
